Apr 21 2023 - Having fun with a swimcap & my punishment top 54 100 %

Pesky tracheostomy making people think I can handle infinite time with a hood or swimcap over my head, I sorted that out the right way with my punishment top which made for almost no fresh air. I decided to make it none by pulling the hood of the shirt over my trach and holding it there making me breathe hot steamy air from in the punishment top. I managed to make it for about 4 minutes 30 seconds totally sealed off from fresh air having only the hot sticky plasticky air to rebreathe, shame you couldn't see my face as I sucked on the rubber trying to get air through my mouth and nose helplessly knowing the only way was through my trach to suck up the hot sticky thick PVC air.
